Two native women are about to prepare a third woman from a rival tribe for dinner.  She has to been fattened according to custom to the point where she is ready to be roasted for the feast.  Unfortunately, hunters from yet a third enemy tribe discovered the trio and decided, based on the shape of the women's backsides, that they were all perfectly ready for the oven.
